The student workbook, lesson plans and other information relating to Media Smart (the "Materials") are proprietary to Flinders University.
Flinders grants to the purchaser of the Materials a limited license to use and reproduce the Materials for teaching students at a single school only. It is not permitted for the purchaser to use the Materials for any other purpose, nor to reproduce, sell or otherwise transfer the Materials to any other party.
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for loss, theft or damage to the Materials from the time they are dispatched from Flinders University premises. Flinders University makes no representations and extends no warranties of any kind either express or implied relating to the Materials and to the extent permitted by law negates any implied warranties.
