Flinders Program Online Learning Course

1. Flinders Chronic Condition Management Program online learning course
The Flinders Program, online learning course includes ten short courses teaching learners about the Flinders Chronic Condition Program and the Living Well, Smoke Free Program.

2. Flinders Program - online learning course
The Flinders Program online learning course includes eight short courses teaching learners about the Flinders Chronic Condition Program. Please note this option does not include training in the Living Well, Smoke Free Program.

3. Living Well, Smoke Free online learning course
The Living Well, Smoke Free Program online learning course includes two short courses around brief tobacco interventions.

4. Implementation of the Flinders Program
Course 11 - Preparing to implement the Flinders Program and Course 12 Implementing the Flinders Program. These two short courses are useful for both clinicians using the Flinders Program and others involved with Flinders Program implementation.

Delivery Details:
Within 24 hours of payment being processed an email will be sent to your nominated e-mail address with your logon and password details. Please note if payment is received on a weekend or public holiday your logon details will be sent the next working day.

Refund Policy:
Once your logon has been activated fees are non-refundable.
